Refund & Returns Policy
Summary
Buyers have 7 days from delivery to open a dispute through TeeBox if an item never arrived or is materially not as described.
1. When You Qualify for a Refund
You may open a TeeBox dispute and receive a full refund (item price plus shipping paid) in any of the following situations:
- The item never shipped. The seller did not provide tracking and the order was not marked shipped within 5 business days of the order being placed.
- The item never arrived. Tracking shows the package was never delivered, or shows a non-delivery status 7 days after the carrier-claimed delivery date.
- The item arrived materially "not as described." This includes counterfeit items, the wrong model (e.g., listed as a Scotty Cameron Newport 2 but a different head shipped), undisclosed major damage, or apparel that falls outside the rated size tolerance.
2. When You Don't Qualify
The TeeBox Buyer Protection program does not cover:
- Buyer's remorse. You changed your mind, found a better price, or no longer want the item.
- Minor condition differences within the rated grade. Used gear has variation; the listed condition rating is the baseline.
- Sizing issues on accurately listed apparel. If the listing accurately states the size and the item matches that size, sizing fit is not a covered defect.
- Items damaged after delivery confirmation. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon the carrier's confirmed delivery scan.
- Items returned without authorization, shipped to an address other than the one TeeBox provides for the return, or returned outside the timelines below.
3. How to Open a Dispute
- Open the order from your Orders tab in the TeeBox app or website.
- Tap Open a Dispute. This option is available for 7 days from the carrier's delivery scan.
- Select the reason (not received, not as described, counterfeit, etc.) and submit photos, the tracking number, and a clear written description of the issue.
Disputes must be opened within the 7-day window. Disputes opened after the window has closed will not be accepted absent extraordinary circumstances at TeeBox's discretion.
4. Resolution Timeline
- Within 48 hours of dispute opening, TeeBox contacts the seller with the buyer's claim and evidence.
- Within 72 hours of that contact, the seller must respond with their position and any rebuttal evidence (tracking, photos, listing screenshots).
- Within 7 business days of dispute opening, TeeBox issues a written decision. If we need more information from either party we will say so in writing and the clock pauses while we wait.
5. Returns
If a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor and the item was delivered, the buyer must return the item before any refund is released, with the following terms:
- TeeBox issues a prepaid return shipping label to the address we provide. Do not return to any address other than the one we issue.
- The item must be shipped within 5 business days of the label being issued.
- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- Exception — counterfeit items. Items determined to be counterfeit are not returned to the seller. TeeBox retains them as evidence and may surrender them to the trademark owner or law enforcement. The buyer is refunded in full.
6. Refund Method and Timing
Refunds are issued to the buyer's original payment method through Stripe. Once the refund is initiated, Stripe and the card network typically take 5–10 business days to post the funds to the buyer's account. TeeBox does not control the speed at which the issuing bank credits the refund.

8. In-App Purchases (Pro Seller Subscription)
Refunds for the Pro Seller subscription purchased through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple under its own refund policy. Submit a refund request to Apple at https://support.apple.com/HT204084. TeeBox cannot process Apple-billed refunds.
Refunds for the Pro Seller subscription purchased on the web through Stripe are handled by TeeBox at its discretion. Email support@teeboxmarket.com within 14 days of the charge.
