Refund & Returns Policy

Summary

Buyers have 7 days from delivery to open a dispute through TeeBox if an item never arrived or is materially not as described.

3. How to Open a Dispute

  1. Open the order from your Orders tab in the TeeBox app or website.
  2. Tap Open a Dispute. This option is available for 7 days from the carrier's delivery scan.
  3. Select the reason (not received, not as described, counterfeit, etc.) and submit photos, the tracking number, and a clear written description of the issue.

Disputes must be opened within the 7-day window. Disputes opened after the window has closed will not be accepted absent extraordinary circumstances at TeeBox's discretion.

If a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor and the item was delivered, the buyer must return the item before any refund is released, with the following terms:

6. Refund Method and Timing

Refunds are issued to the buyer's original payment method through Stripe. Once the refund is initiated, Stripe and the card network typically take 5–10 business days to post the funds to the buyer's account. TeeBox does not control the speed at which the issuing bank credits the refund.

7. Chargebacks

Please use the in-app dispute process first. Initiating a chargeback through your card issuer while a TeeBox dispute is open will cause TeeBox to close its dispute in favor of the card-network process. You will be bound by your card network's decision and timeline, not TeeBox's, and we may be unable to assist further until the chargeback is resolved.

8. In-App Purchases (Pro Seller Subscription)

Refunds for the Pro Seller subscription purchased through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple under its own refund policy. Submit a refund request to Apple at https://support.apple.com/HT204084. TeeBox cannot process Apple-billed refunds.

Refunds for the Pro Seller subscription purchased on the web through Stripe are handled by TeeBox at its discretion. Email support@teeboxmarket.com within 14 days of the charge.
