How do I delete my account?
- Sign in to TeeBox.
- Tap Account in the top nav (iPad/desktop) or the bottom nav (mobile).
- Tap the red Delete Account button — it appears at the top of your profile, directly below your name.
- Confirm in the dialog. Your account, listings, messages, and reviews are permanently removed.
If you'd rather request deletion by email, send a note from the address tied to your account to support@teeboxmarket.com with the subject "Delete my account". We'll process it within 48 hours.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active listings are removed immediately. Past order records are retained only as required for tax/regulatory compliance, with no personal identifiers.
Buying
How do I buy something?
- Browse the marketplace or search for what you want.
- Tap a listing to see details, photos, and the seller's profile.
- Tap Buy Now at the listed price, or Make Offer to negotiate.
- Pay securely via Stripe. Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major card.
Is my payment safe?
All transactions run through Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers. Funds are held until the seller ships and you confirm receipt.
What if my item never arrives or isn't as described?
You have 7 days from delivery to Open a Dispute from the order page. We'll contact the seller and mediate a resolution. If the seller is at fault, you'll receive a full refund.
Selling
How do I sell on TeeBox?
- Sign in and tap the gold + Sell button.
- Verify your phone number and agree to the seller terms (one-time).
- Add photos, a title, brand, condition, and price.
- Publish. Buyers can message you or buy outright.
What's the seller fee?
Flat 6.5% on completed sales. No listing fees. No subscription. You pay only when something sells.
How do I get paid?
Payouts go directly to your bank via Stripe Connect, typically within 2 business days of the buyer confirming delivery.

How do I change my display name or avatar?
Tap Account in the top nav (iPad/desktop) or the bottom nav (mobile), then tap Edit Profile and update your details.
How do I sign out?
Profile screen → Sign Out.
What data does TeeBox collect?
See our full Privacy Policy. Short version: account info you provide, listing data you publish, and message history with other members. We don't sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Logo Bingo
What is Logo Bingo?
A daily golf-course identification game. Same 9 course logos worldwide each day, refreshing at midnight US Eastern. You get one guess per logo — guess correctly for points (faster = more), or the answer is revealed.
How is my score calculated?
100 points for a correct guess, plus a speed bonus: +200 if you answer in under 5 seconds, +100 under 10s, +50 under 20s, +20 under 30s. Wrong or revealed tiles score 0.
Can I share my results?
Yes — after the game ends, tap Share for an emoji-grid summary you can send to friends. Streaks are tracked locally on your device.
Shipping your item
TeeBox sellers handle their own shipping in v1. After a sale, you have 3 business days to ship the package.
How to ship
Use any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). We recommend USPS Priority Mail for small clubs or putters and UPS Ground for full bags. Always purchase tracking — it's required so the buyer's delivery window can start when the carrier confirms delivery.
Required: enter the tracking number in your order
Open your sold order in My Sales, tap Mark shipped, paste the tracking number, and pick the carrier. The buyer is notified automatically and can follow the package.
Packing tips
- Wrap club heads in bubble wrap, secure shafts with cardboard or PVC pipe
- Use a triangular box for single clubs (Pirate's Cove sells them cheap)
- Insure for the full sale price — TeeBox doesn't cover carrier loss
- Photograph the packaged item before sealing — disputes go faster with proof
When will I get paid?
Funds release on Stripe's standard payout schedule after the buyer's 7-day dispute window closes (delivery confirmation triggers the countdown). Most US sellers see payouts within 2 business days after that.
